The Innertkirchen – Rosenlaui route on Rouvy climbs from Innertkirchen towards Grindelwald, stopping shortly after Rosenlaui.
The first part of the climb is dominated by steep big faces to either side of the road. The valley widens as the road widens, with the view switching to one of big mountains. Early views over to the Mahrenhorn, later on the view is dominated by the Rosenlauigletscher glacier, lying between the Wellhorn and Dossen. The route concludes at an opening in Schwarzwaldap.
Being a Rouvy Augmented Route the video quality is excellent throughout. The scenery is phenomenal, the weather is not – the video suffers a little from the grey sky throughout – we’re probably being a little picky here though!
