Halvfems means 90 in Danish, and this work is the second of 3 workloads build around zones at 90% FTP.
The workout consists of 3 x 12 minute blocks at 90% FTP. The first block is 12 minutes of 90% FTP at high power low / cadence. The second block contains 1 minute intervals at low cadence / high cadence in alternation. The final block contains 2 minutes high cadence, 1 minute standing in alternation.
