The Orange Unicorn workout in week 2 of the “Build Me Up” training program in Zwift is a long 90 minute work out.
The main body of the workout consists of 4 x 15 minute blocks of under and over intervals, with 2 minutes at 85% FTP followed by 30 seconds at 105% FTP. This gets mixed up with various mixes of cadence, sit/stand and drops/hoods throughout. All geared towards keeping the rider nearer to FTP for longer.
