The Red Unicorn workout in week 1 of the “Build Me Up” training program in Zwift is a long 90 minute work out.
The first two thirds of the workout consists of a series of 6 rep over under workouts, with differing emphasis on cadence through the set.
The final third of the workout is a series of spin down intervals, alternating between low and high cadence, while maintain wattage in Z2.
