The Aerobic Efficiency workout on Wattbike Hub is a short workout designed to improve aerobic endurance.
Unlike most endurance workouts, this one is quite short at 28 minutes, easily slotting into a heavy working week. The main body of the block consists of 4 x 3 minute blocks at 90% FTP, getting the body used to working at near threshold power.
